Returns (48-Hour Return Window)
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery.
To qualify:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Tags/packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return:
- Email us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your order number + photos of the item.
- We’ll review and approve your return.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds/Exchanges are processed once we receive the item back.
We don’t accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Damaged/worn items
- Items returned after the 48-hour window
