Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email or SMS.

Delivery timelines:

  • Local deliveries: 1–3 business days
  • International deliveries: 5–10 business days (varies by destination)

Returns (48-Hour Return Window)

We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Tags/packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number + photos of the item.
  3. We’ll review and approve your return.
  4. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  5. Refunds/Exchanges are processed once we receive the item back.

We don’t accept returns for:

  • Sale items
  • Damaged/worn items
  • Items returned after the 48-hour window
